Approximately 1200 sq. ft. They became a landmark of the entire Orchid Bay community! Out of almost 30 we built 8. They all have the same concept floor plan with round shaped bedroom and living room; one bedroom, some have second sleeping quoters on the upper level; 1 bathroom; open concert dining, kitchen living; large screened porch. Despite simple design their unique furnishing and amazing woodworking by Bessa: kitchen, bathroom cabinets, doors and louvres, stand-alone furniture certainly put those little cottages to Upscale Beach houses league.
